The Website for me was difficult to manage and seemed more focused on taking money. This is not unusual, but perhaps delivery of a useable service might be a better core value

Minus 1 star, scum, 'within current legislation' blah blah, ask for a number they ask do you eant to be connected, if you say yes you are paying £2.50 a minute !! I was put thru to DWP (ALSO USELESS BEYOND BELIEF) 30 futile mins later i have paid £75 !!! Shooting is too good for them.

I went to purchase a report from here and the search was for number house number 11 and I paid for house number 11 and ended up with house number 1. It cost £19.19 for the incorrect house. I want my money back. Very disappointed !! I have the search history to prove it. I have filed a complaint with PayPal on this!

I had to enquire about a number of things that i couldn't find on your website. Those issues could well benefit from a better exposure on your website home page. However, I used your helpline and the service was very good indeed. I think that if you were more open about your terms and conditions relating to buying and using the credits, you would get more business. It would save time having to use your help line as well.

Absolutely hopeless ! It states that you can find an address with the persons full name and county ! Wrong this is another BS search site that takes £19 plus of your money and when you catch them out they give you £12 back ! Steer clear of this site ! You’ve been warned !

I contacted 192.com as the information they were showing, collected from another company was incorrect. They reacted quickly and efficiently.

Three weeks ago I did a search for someone here. Failed, but found them using Google - for free. Today I came back to try another search for someone else. I should have had some credits left on my account as I only did one search last time, but in order to try the search I am being asked to pay again. Not impressed, doubt I will be back.

Wishing to trace someone, I duly purchased some credits. Being old and mentally feeble, I did not fully understand how the system worked. As a result, I was somewhat taken aback to see all my credits had disappeared. Rang Customer Service and spoke to Matt. A top man, all sorted out.

Surely this site is illegal?

I have just realised this site is openly showing my name and the first half of my postcode after I did a google search. I’m appalled that anyone can then pay this company a fee to access all my personal information without my consent.
I have never given you permission to put me on here and I am ex-directory so this information has not come from the electoral register.
I now have a situation where a high risk client where I work has now gained access to where I live. This is now a police incident. I had no idea you were publishing my details publicly and I only found out your company existed when I googled my name.
Whilst I can’t say the information was picked up from this site, seeing my details out there for everyone to see has left me feeling shocked and vulnerable as a female.
Absolutely shocked and disgusted that you are making money and potentially putting peoples lives at risk in the process!!

Make you pay for general information that is no more detailed than a quick google search or facebook search. If you dont enable cookies or use an incognito browser you can be charged multiple times for the exact same search and the credits you buy expire so they become useless if you ever find yourself needing to come back to use the service ever again.

I have been very touched by 192.com services!
I could not afford to pay for 6 credits as asked for just one address, and so I was offered that one credit I needed. Again, let me express my gratitude.

192.com has allowed me to reconnect with extended family members from thousands of miles away. I love it. I also love their live chat option. I have had bad experiences with OTHER website live chats - dead space - is anyone really there? followed by responses that make one wonder WHAT conversation THEY are in. A Live Chat on 192.com is ACTUALLY LIVE!! Add to that, responsive and helpful and you see what 192.com has found a return customer in me!
